Placing an Order
Internet:
You may place an order online 24-hours-a-day, 7-days-a-week through this secure website. Just add the items you want to your shopping cart, and proceed to checkout.Phone:
Phone orders can be placed by calling our hotline number: (+63.918) 908.8523. Business hours are Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Manila time. Orders may also be placed by sending a text message to our hotline. A text message will be sent confirming receipt of the text message, and our staff shall call to verify your order.
Snail Mail:
Mail orders can be sent to: Pinoy Bikes, Attn: Ordering Dept., #33 I. Cata-ag St., Ormoc City, Leyte, Philippines 6541. Please include your name, billing/shipping address (es), exact product(s) and price(s), as well as your credit card information or bank deposit details. If you are shopping online, you can print your order directly from our website, without pressing the “submit” button, and simply mail that in. When placing an order through the mail, please be sure to include your daytime phone number.
E-mail:
Send to admin@pinoybikes.com. Please include your name, billing/shipping address, exact product and price, as well as your credit card information. When placing an e-mail order, please be sure to include your daytime phone number. Note that Pinoy Bikes cannot guarantee the security of e-mail orders.
Payment:
PinoyBikes.com accept Bank Transfer and money orders. We also accept money orders and checks. Checks must clear the bank before your order is shipped. Credit card payments will be accepted starting December 15, 2006.
Order Status:
Shortly after you place your order you will get an email order confirmation. That email will have your order number as well as list of everything you ordered. Additionally, you will receive an e-mail confirmation once your order is shipped. The following is more options available to you:
Tracking:
You can view your online order status anytime by clicking on the “Order Status” link on this site and logging in with your e-mail address and password. For your convenience, Pinoy Bikes will e-mail your 2GO tracking number and order information when your order ships. Orders are generally shipped every Saturday, but in case the bike itch cant’ wait, Pinoy Bikes accepts “rush” shipment orders. Please allow between 2-6 working days for delivery of standard 2GO ground orders. Be aware that 2GO will try to deliver the items only once. If no one is in the delivery address to receive the orders, the items shall be shipped back to Pinoy Bikes.
Customer Service:
If there is any problem with your order, a Pinoy Bikes representatives will contact you. Please make sure you provide us with your correct phone number and e-mail address, in case we need to contact you. If you need to check the status of an order you placed but have not yet received, you can view your online order status anytime by clicking on the “Order Status” link on this site and logging in with your e-mail address and password. Otherwise, please contact one of our customer service representatives at admin@pinoybikes.com or (+63.918) 908.8523. Customers can call Monday thru Friday, 9:00 a.m. till 5:00 p.m. Text messages can be sent anytime, but response will be done within normal business hours.
Back Orders:
Sometimes, due to our unbeatable low prices, we run out of an item sooner than we had anticipated. If this occurs, we will ship the available items in your order immediately, and place the unavailable items on back order. Back ordered items will be shipped to you as soon as they arrive. You will not be charged any additional shipping charges. IMPORTANT! You will never be charged for any backordered items until they are shipped out to you. When you receive your order, your invoice will list any back ordered items and their expected arrival date. Additionally, providing we have your current e-mail address, you will be notified of your back order status within 7, 30 and 60 days of your order. If at any time you want to cancel your back order, just contact one of our service representatives at admin@pinoybikes.com or (+63.918) 908.8523. Customer Service hours are Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Manila time.
Changes or Cancellations:
If you need to change or cancel an order, please call us at (+63.918) 908.8523 and we will try to help you, providing your order has not already shipped. DO NOT e-mail us because we may not be able to change your order in time.
Delivery of Your Items: Processing:
We process all orders during our regular business hours (Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Manila time). Provided there are no problems with your billing address or credit card, or once the check clears, most orders ship out two days after the order is placed, or on the Saturday of the week the order was placed.
Delivery Time: The estimated delivery time for 2GO is as follows:
Metro Manila: 1-2 working days
Luzon: 2-3 working days
Visayas: 3-5 working days
Mindanao: 3-6 working days.
Note: Shipment is only to the Philippines.
Local Pick-Up:
PinoyBikes.com also offers Free Local Pick-up for customers and friends that wish to save money and time by picking their purchases up.
